| Halocharts' Firefight Challenge | HCFFC3: Choke Point
New Mombasa has indeed seen better days and before you have the slightest chance to think you'll catch a break, the Covenant have come back once again to ruin everyone's day. Now focused on getting into ONI's Alpha Site, Covenant forces are dropping in fast and hitting hard.
Troopers, it's your job to rally up at Alpha Site's entrance and crush every notion of them gaining access.
Unfortunately the magic pill you'll need to swallow in order to pull this one off is a jagged one. Don't Choke...

| Cat & Mouse Tournament hosted by HaloCharts 40 & Above Group | 
On the heals of our holiday ROFL sled event, HC Hern and the HaloCharts 40 & Above Group hosted another joint venture with the 35 & Below Group and the KOP Clan
We had a great turnout with 15 teams of 3 and 45 total participants.
It was a single elimination Cat & Mouse Game varient tournament.
Congrats to Kiilimar, MLG MSergeant & ZaccyBengence (Who filled in for De4DzOn3 who had to miss the finals) for winning the championship.
I would like to give my personal thanks to HC Hern for all the work him and his team put into getting the map and gametype ready for the event and all that participated.

| Support the Haitian earthquake appeal. | Be a Hero!
On the 12th January, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck the island of Hispaniola causing widespread damage and suffering to the country of Haiti and its people.
HaloCharts is calling upon its members to help do their bit to support the victims of this awful disaster by participating in the appeal recently launched by Bungie.
The best bit is it won't cost you anything and you get to play your favourite game whilst doing it!
All you have to do to take part is ensure your player emblem is set as a red heart on a white circle background and hop online to play a game of Halo 3 or ODST on Wednesday 20th or Thursday 21st January. Bungie will take care of the rest.
For every 1000 players that do this, Bungie will donate $100 to the Haitian appeal, upto a maximum of $77,000!
Also, if you can spare the money and are currently looking for some Bungie gear to wear, you can purchase the special Superintendant t-shirt they have just released. 100% of the profits will go directly to the aid relief.
Even better than this though, you can donate directly yourselves through sites such as this. We urge everyone to give what they can.
However, whatever you decide to do, be sure to at least change your emblem and become a hero for the day!
